Many health care professionals have now trained to deliver these courses at their own centres. The MBCPM™ course is generally conducted in meeting rooms at various health facilities and is currently available to patients and clients online and via telemedicine to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19.

Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM™)
[also applies to Mindfulness-Based Chronic Stress Management (MBCSM) Courses] include:
Module 1 (first 5 classes): Introduce tools to increase wise-mind and resilience
Module 2 (classes 6 to 9): Enhance the mind-body connection, self-nurture and awareness
Module 3 (classes 10 to 13): Enhance relationship skills in a broad context
The full three modules are usually taught over 12 to 13 weeks at 2.5 hours per class, but can be taught over 3 to 4 days, or over 2 weekends.
MBCPM™ or MBCSM Advanced Review: These are revision courses, taking the same content to a deeper level for Alumni of the basic courses. Facilitators who teach the basic course can facilitate these revision courses.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
