Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM™) is a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive group programme, customized for those suffering with chronic pain. Many health care professionals have now trained to deliver these courses at their own centres. The MBCPM™ course is generally conducted in meeting rooms at various health facilities and is currently available to patients and clients online and via telemedicine to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19.
