• Daily Meditation Practice

    Continuing to experiment with your daily practice working up to 20 minutes, if comfortable. Choosing between a sitting meditation, a mindful movement meditation and walking meditation, or The Mountain meditation.


    Weekly readings are taken from “The Mindfulness Solution to Pain” book.

    Chapter 8 – “Reclaiming Caring for Yourself: Your Physical Needs” (pages 103 – 114)

    Choosing to eat one meal mindfully as described on page 105.
