- To enhance self-care and discern which pro-active measures can mitigate pain exacerbations

- That Mindfulness enhances awareness of mind/body communication and collaboration

COURSE FEE
- The course fee for an 8 week programme is $599 +HST, including course materials (valued at $60). A receipt can be issued if at least 6 of 8 classes are attended so the attendee can explore reimbursement from their extended benefits plan if they have one
- In Ontario, limited spots may be available which are covered by the provincial health insurance plan if led by an MD facilitator or a health care professional working in a government-funded health facility. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation up to one week prior to course start is full refund, less a $50 administration fee
- There is no refund if cancelling within one week of the course start

MINDFULNESS-BASED CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT (MBCPM™)
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT/PATIENT ADVANCED REVIEW COURSE
Advanced Review is open to participants who have completed at least one MBCPM™ course, have been consistent in attendance, and are meditating at least 5 days a week leading up to the MBCPM™ Advanced Review course.
The MBCPM™ Basic and Advanced Review Workbook is recommended for this Revision Course.
