Whether, you’re working from home, living alone, needing motivation to be more active, or just wanting to connect, our Mindful Movements is a gentle way to keep active and connected!  NNC opens our Zoom platform to share in our Mindful Movements, a meditation practice, and to interact collectively in these challenging times.
